Worst customer service EVER!

I've had a Hawaii vacation bought from Apple Holiday. The problem was like the explained below - schedule they delivered us includes incorrect moment of starting. Whenever we found the airport they merely declined to actually spoken to us. I've merely filled within the airport WITH 10-MONTH AGED child in my own fingers. Only for your info - there's no AC beyond KUAI airport, no water with no every other advantages - anything inside but without solution you-can't move protection. Anyhow as consequence of lengthy discussions with answering device I've got attached to somebody who merely explained to obtain away, buy a solution and fly-back home. After four weeks and criticism delivered to them I've got so-called "certification" for 100$ ended within an 12 months.

Lesson learned: NEVER HAVE A COPE WITH APPLE HOLIDAYS! They do not have ANY customer care even yet in case of crisis.
