Cheap-o-air ripoff - cheap-o-air ripoff

Tried to change the date on a flight to save a few hundred dollars. Spoke with an agent named Georgina with a very heavy accent and I had trouble underdtanding her. After all was said and done I ended up with an unusable/non-refundable/non-tranferrable credit on an airline that doesn't fly into my city. I get nowhere with my followup calls and they won't escalate my concerns to management. I will never do any business with these charlatans again.
