Careful! Do not use

Do not use this site. After having googled a particular hotel, my niece inadvertently clicked on the Roomstays.com link to make our reservation thinking she was in the Westin Times Square link. FIVE minutes after making the reservation, I went to the REAL Westin website and the price was $60 LESS! I called Roomstays immediately but they would not let me cancel... They blamed the Westin Times Square, and the Westin blamed them. Yes, it was a nonrefundable reservation but I believed that because it was made by my 16 yr old niece... 5 MINUTES AGO! It should have been invalid. Their customer service was obnoxious and rude and whoever owns the Roomstays site should be ashamed of their employees. I was unfailingly polite and they were obnoxious and unhelpful, simply repeating the same line over and over. As far as the Westin Times Square, I have not stayed yet but will not stay there again after the October reservation... They don't care about good will apparently. I was STILL going to book the Westin, I just wanted to book it through THEIR site for $60 less. Unfortunately, I could not fight either of them because I could not afford to tie up $500 while they dicked me around.
