In SoCal, AAA helped us plan vacation travel. The rates were reasonable. Years ago, when we moved north, the rates were much higher. We just "purchased" an international driver's license - something you can only get at AAA so can't shop around for price. For the almost $100 we pay in membership each year and never use, this service should be included. Not only that, but they refused to use the passport type photos we provided and we had to purchase those from AAA also - and they weren't cheap. Service was rude and arrogant. What exactly are we getting for our money??? Very good chance we will cancel and use our auto insurance services instead. Greeeeedy.
