Very Bad Experience - airline travel

We boarded United Airline flight UA48 from Newark-USA to Mumbai-India on 22nd August at 08.30 pm.

Departing Wed., Aug. 22
New York/Newark, NJ (EWR - Liberty) Reaching Mumbai 9:10 P.M. Thu. Aug. 23
After take-off the TV screens went blank and remained so all throughout the journey. So there was no entertainment; no movie no audio even.

We were just sitting idle in a big dark box through entire journey.

It was a mental torture. The staff was very cooperative but none could help us.

We strongly demand compensation; at least 50% refund.
