Festiva Adventure Club Totally Deceptive, and completely unprofessional, misleading, and Lying sales representation! Not even usable for what was sold for!

This company seemed to be a good idea, that is if it had been what it was told to us it was!!! The salesman that we encountered in Charleston, South Carolina, was a very smooth LIAR! He persuaded us to purchase this under completely false pretenses, as soon as we finished making our down payment and tried to use this for our travel we quickly became aware that he lied to us about everything, including his individual help... When I called him, he said he didn't do the bookings, and when he was trying to sell it he said he would personally be booking trips for us. He persuaded us to purchase this, and use it for an upcoming trip we already had planned, in the end this purchase was completely USELESS!!!

We waited to use it as he instructed us and it cost us 1200.00 in additional airfare alone for our family of five! That combined with the 1000.00 down payment and apparently some other charges that were failed to be pointed out!!! I filed a complaint with the company, and after talking to a very nice customer service rep, who apparently had heard these stories before... She was to get back to us with in a couple of weeks, well when she didn't and I called back to check on it... She had been "let Go" Hmmmm... I wonder why!

The company never even after 3 months felt it their obligation to contact me with the results of our filing to be released! I finally talked to someone else who did trigger a letter telling us that everything was sold correctly and that they would not release us from this. They never even addressed the issues in our letter!!! The whole thing was a ridiculous tight knit Rip Off Scam!!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVORStay away from this HORRIBLE EXCUSE for a Company!!!
