Bad service in booking flights

My return flights were: Tehran-Vienna Vienna-Munich Munich-Chicago without knowing that an Iranian needs a visa to travel between to cities in Europe then in 3 days before going to Tehran I was informed that the returned flights were not confirmed. I called you and talked to a person who was very bad at English. After 30 minutes he told me that Lufthansa would call me and change my return flights. 2 days later somebody called me and said that my return flights had been changed and I would fly from Tehran to Frankfurt then to Newark then to Chicago.in Iran I needed my itinerary and went to the Lufthansa's office and saw a very funny itinerary: Tehran-Frankfurt then Munich-Chicago!!! I talked 60 minutes to Lufthansa to convince them that it had not been my fault and they changed my flights to Tehran-Frankfurt-Newark-Chicago. Overally not satisfied at all.
