The Pantai Inn boost itself for being an upscale hotel but, its staff and GM are not!

This place does not believe in inclusiveness. I thought I was back in the 70's when dealing with both Hazel, the GM and Paula, the Sales Director, they both seem out to lunch and not helpful in the slightest. Hazel and Paula rude and ruthless to us. I felt they both look down on us. I am a black woman and my husband a Latino male and they didn't seem to take us very serious. Their actions and there demeanor towards was not sincere and they where condescending and acting in a way that betray our feeling and of patronizing superiority. They both demonstrating such attitudes and are
shameful.

Both me and my Husband are professionals and sought a break and a vacation in San Diego we did have a great experience in San Diego but, we had a terrible time at PANTAI INN in LA Jolla California.
