Lost tickets - package trip to grand caymen

Orbitz has posted conficting information on there cite and links from there sites as to what travel documentation is needed to travel from the US to Grand Cayman. After 8-9 hours of research they decided that my daughter needed a passport not birth certificate and photo Id as there site state as well as the state dept site for the cayman Islands. I have now lost my vacation, Orbitz has kept evry dollar I gave them with out any type a benifit. Airline tickets canceled with a chance to reuse, my room unused canceled and even went as far as to keep the Duty, and taxes on a unused rooom may be tax fraud there. They were Rood even hung up on mye the 1st night saying nothing more I can do click... Such a proffessional outfit. Please beware of fraudulent actions taken by this compnay as it appears to be a form of business they like to take.
