I reserved a through hotwire.com on Sunday July 8 and obtained a verification email from hotwire. I reached the resort around 10 PM and also the resort didn't have my reservation and didn't have areas available. The motel secretary stated they'd filled-up for Saturday night many times earlier. I e mailed hotwire.com assistance and required an instantaneous telephone call reply. I obtained an automatic reaction from hotwire stating they'd contact me in 12 to twenty four hours. The motel assistant named her contact at hotwire to record the issue and that I talked with him (Paul). Paul stated he'd place me to customer support. Alternatively he related fulfilled to an automatic voice-mail program having said that these were ususually hectic because of interest in hot-wire providers and also the delay period could be more than 20 minutes. I'd not recommend using hotwire.
