UNAUTHORIZED Charge from United to my Checking Account - Unauthorized Charges

On 7/17 a charge from United appeared on my bank statement:

07/17 united 01629221540601 houston -$21.00

07/17 united 01629221540903 houston -$7.00

According to my bank, these charges were incurred on 7/14 and were KEYED in, not swiped with my card. I have never been to Houston, and I did NOT have a flight on the 14th. Please resolve this issue right away by returning my money to me.
