Deed shows two-bedroom without jacuzzi after seeing one with

I was given a tour. I got the one bedroom with jacuzzi. The year after I upgraded to a two bedroom with jacuzzi. (That is after the sales person by the name of Andrea Kormos showed the apt to me.) The 2nd year I stayed in my 2 bedroom with jacuzzi. The 3rd year I let a family used my 2 bedroom with jacuzzi.

Now this year I go on vacation and I get a 2 bedroom without a jacuzzi. I questioned the situation to the sales persons that attended me. (3 of them and no one can answer.) For 2 hours they were trying for me to upgrade to a four bedroom with jacuzzi. I told them that I had purchased a 2 bedroom with jacuzzi. That Andrea Kormos was my sales person, And that's what she showed me on the little tour she gave me at the time. But guess what? She no longer works there.

My deed says D-2 Which is a 2 bedroom without a jacuzzi. Now I am stuck. When I asked them how come the past 3 years I was put into a 2 bedroom with a jacuzzi they never told me that I didn't belong there. They said I just got lucky. No one seems to be able to help me. Please when you sign that deed. Check the room that they put on the deed. It may not be what you will be paying for. Tell them that you want to see the room.
