Buyers beware of any dealings with Lee Heppenhiemer or Michael Collier or any company they are affiliated with. They are dishonest and greedy. They work with a bank that gives them leads on companies that are in trouble and then work with that bank to undermine the company and take it over. If you see their names on anything concerned with the hospitality industry. Step Back. Turn around and go another direction. Bad. Bad. News these guys are thieves.
