Misunderstanding

In November my spouse and that I visited a workshop provided by Sundance. We consequently registered for 12 months of holiday at-all of the "the surface of the point", 5 star holiday places. We've had only issues. Our child, age 28, visited the Dominican Republic. The providers and also the hotels were terrible. Our boy, age 23, visited a holiday close to the city of Playa del Carmen and was devote the center of a which was run-down and hazardous. Neither one of these simple excursions were that which was guaranteed to us. BROWN holidays, the part of Sundance, had not a problem getting my money, or getting their money, since it cost additional for this "great" region, and today I can't get anybody about the telephone, who's not rude, to assist correct this. Don't subscribe to these deals. They're not reliable. Today I'm looking to get a reimbursement and, obviously, obtaining the run-around. No body really wants to take responsibility.
