Timeshare purchase

Couple called posing as buyers for my timeshare. Said that Pacific Resort Exchange was going to broker it for them. When contract time came around I needed to put up $2500 for closing costs which they told me the couple would be covering and would reimburse me for. When I drew their attention to it on the contract they promised to send a revised contract, but never did and never called again. I traced the buyers phone number and found out he wasn't who he was or where he claimed to live. Beware
