This company was formerly none as vacation resorts usa and the before that it was global equity network so this is just a fly by night company who prey on eager timeshare owners who want to sell there timeshare. Don't ever put up money to sell your timeshare with either of the companies above including international resort exchange because they have the same owner which is the james jariv. Whenever they decide to change there name again then i would be the first person to let you no what it is. These companies would tell you to put upfront money for a deposit or attorney fees which they do not have an attorney and you would never get your deposit back. They do not have individuals or corporations that want to buy your timeshare so don't get tricked into this cons and all of them uses alias names. The contract would state that the below fee is fully refundable at execution of deed from buyer and there's no buyer so you would never get your money back. The contracy would also say that they anticipate that the timeshare would sell within 3 to 6 months but all they are trying to do is hold your money for so long that you could not get a refund by your credit card holder so they would prolong until your time has expired. If you have already dealt with this company then call your credit card company and charge-back immediately.
