Ripoff and fraudulent and unlawfully taking money form unsuspecting persons

We were telephoned by this company inviting us to take up an offer of a trip to disney and they would arrange the trip, they offered accommodation and said we would have to pay for our food and entertainment. To go with this was a free trip to the bahamas. We got a free set of cheap luggage, a disc of the trip and then were told to let them know 90 days in advance of our plans to travel and all would be organised for us. The initial payment was $ 937 up front which we paid, and then when we finalised our trip they called for another $538 for port taxes etc. We had to get american visas which we did but when i asked for an address, they did not give it although they said we would be staying in top hotels. A few days later we were informed they had gone bankrupt and we had lost everything.

We had booked our flights so came anyway and found that they were supposedly a marketing company for a timeshare resort which we did not know. The rersort have given us a 4 night 5 day accommodation at the resort as we presented the itinerary which detailed their address and name. However we have still lost all this money and we want revenge and hopefully to get some of it, if not all our cash back.
