Travel One Network
Scammed me asked for my debit card# & withdrew money from my account

Traveling & Tourism

Travel One Network made an unsolicited call to my cell phone # saying it was my lucky day and i had been awarded a free vacation for four. They mentioned because I was a T-Mobile customer i had been entered into a drawing unknowingly and won a free vacation! Everything was included plane tickets, transportation, hotel, and food. They quickly asked me for my credit card #, which i was excited about winning i gave it to them! Soon, after they said my bank had approved the withdraw! I told them i was at work to please call me back and they insisted it would only take 30seconds of my time, pressured me with their marketing tactics and kept me on the phone for about 15minutes or 20, until they could give me confirmation code.

Well, by then i had realized that i was scammed, and they had withdrawn the $money from my bank account, which i insisted they redeposit! Their only response was the money had already been withdrawn and their was nothing i could do about it. I tried calling T-Mobile to find out if they were aware of such a contest, and they did not know anything about it. I also tried calling my Bank and they said i had to submit a written report and fax it to them. I received some products as a gift from them, which when they mentioned the name it sounded like the beauty products Lancome, which when i received them they turned out to be a sound a like not the expensive Lancome. I also called them after i received the yellow manila envelope from them and found out that the plane tickets, transportation and food are not included! Is there anything that can be done about it?
