Reserved a resort 8/30. Due to Hurrican Irene I'd no energy/water at my house. Desired to guide a resort having a kitchenette and particularly requested many times if this resort had that (it had been proven within the pictures). I had been told yes. Was buying pet friendly resort also. I was told it had been. Packed up food that I POSSIBLY COULD preserve in a cooler, my kidsfor a-4-time stay. Didn’t understand EXPEDIA charged the whole quantity on my card. Who that? Surely got to the resort and was informed that pets have to be about the first-floor and we'd an area about the minute.

Was handed difficulty from the worker of the resort who created me feel just like a idiot since I “should have named them directly” plus they might have provided me an effective room…. Worker stated “she had no choice” but to I would like to remain in the area about the second floor. I wasn't pleased. Surely got to the area, WITH NO kitchenette. Surely got to perform nowadays, named Expedia. On-hold for 45 minute. Named back becasue I believe they forgot about me. Spoke to somebody who appologized. On-hold for starters hour and 45 moments, then, was hungup on. Named again and on-hold for another 45 minutes. Got nowhere. I'm so pissed I can’t endure it.

Workers of Expeida should try to learn how-to talk (learn Language). Being displaced due to a surprise was hard enough, the final point I want will be jerked about by Expedia and wast my period. Undesirable customer support. Completely terrible. First and last time with them.
