Dishonest neglect towards minors no courtesy towards customers Ensenada

We booked a fishing trip through the web site (ensenadabaja.com) at first our contact was really nice and courteous promised us alot but after we paid our money to book our trip every thing changed the deck hands were rude to my nephews who are 15 and 16 the wasted a whole day of fishing we were on a boat for over 12 hours and fished maybe a hour out of the day.

Well when we get back I call my contact through the web site I only know him as jay well he makes all these promises about reimbursing us our money and giving us a free trip and a free motel and free resteraunt vouchers and on and on well its been a month and a ahlf of promises and we still aint got nothin. I would not book another trip through ensenadasportfishing.com if they were giving away free trips
