Unable to exchange week

I'm dissatisfied each time I attempt to trade my transferred months simply to discover each time that my holiday resort is "unavailable". I attempted going back 3 months to guide a reservation, every I named I had been informed that it had been too soon which I've to hold back 59 times prior to the desired vacation times begin. After I ultimately contact to create concerns they inform me the resort is unavailable. This is actually the second-time I've been informed exactly the same, and also the very first time I'd to demand and all a quick something exposed.
