Wont help me change my typo and refund my tickets with 4 day pier my trip

I arranged a plane solution from SF to Bogota and that I instantly recognize their was a-one notice typo in my own lastname. After i bought the solution i contact hotwire they stated they'll place an PNR to inform the flight... Nowadays i received a telephone call from hotwire they stated they've to stop my solution and inform me to purchase a different one for 300 more... But i contact hotwire and other two airline like 10 occasions to try and create that modified but equally aspect jumping the to one another. Than I call LAN they stated hotwire had the capability to modified bc and LAN prepared to assist. At this time Hotwire is completely not assisting their customer to obtain the very best of the purchase... Its a human honest error but why they provide this type of trouble towards the client. I am aware their is plan but a notice typo correction isn't like my entire name change. Simply one-letter charging me this type of panic... And today icant actually rest that why i creating this criticism.
