I purchased travel Insurance from Travelocity. I ended up needed to use it because I had back procedures done and after sending them documents, bills, from that procedure and another even month later. It has been 6 months and still no refund. I have contacted there corportate offices over a month ago and still not one response besides another email from insurance company saying they will look into my claim. The same email I got Six months ago when I started this claim process. DO NOT BUY Travel from Travelocity please choose another site.
