After purchasing auto insurance, it was cancelled without informing us. The money for the service eliminated was not returned

When our trip to Ireland was reschedule from May to September for medical reasons, Aer Lingus Vacation Store cancelled the auto insurance we had paid for and did not inform us, compelling us to purchase it again upon arrival in Dublin. The company is not forthcoming about the fact that it retained the money for the service it eliminated. Aer Lingus Airlines recommended this travel agency and disavows all responsibility.
