Horrible

CheapOair is literally the worst company i have ever dealt with. We had made reservations two months ago. We called the hotel on Friday (03/30) to confirm our reservation for Sunday (04/01) and our check in time. The hotel said that CheapOair had cancelled our reservation - without telling us, providing a refund, explanation, nothing. We have been dealing with CheapOair for TWO DAYS! And we still do not have a hotel reservation. And we are leaving to go today. No reservation. They told us on Friday that we would have a reservation by Saturday, on Saturday CheapOair had told us that no one had actually been working on our case, but assured us that it would be taken care of "in a few hours" 48 hours later, they still tell us no one has worked on it, and we are supposed to be going there TODAY!!! Everyone gives us a different story, we have been on hold for a total of 10 hours this weekend (NOT an exaggeration) and we have been hung up on 5 times. Awful. Just awful. Even our hotel told us not to believe anything that CheapOair says.
