National car Renal Phoenix overcharging - Car Rental

I rented a car from National on march 14 due to the need to travel to Arizona because of a medical emergency with my Father. I was charged the rediculas rate of $126 a day due to Spring Break and Spring Training. I was not there for these events or anything fun. I should not be punished because my Father fell and needed to be hospitalized during these events. My total bill was over $800!
