La jolla botique resort Selling non existent timeshares Mazatlan

My husband and I spent $8,000.00 to buy what we thought was a modest timeshare in Mazatlan. I have been traveling to Mazatlan for over 45 years and have a deep affinity for the people. Likewise I'm not stupid.

We bought this in 2009 and have never been able to use it. Maybe 30 units exist and maybe 2-3,000 sold. If you google la jolla Mexico you will find it flooded with stories worse than ours as well as explained better!

On my last visit to Mazatlan I went to la jolla to see in person if I could sell our ts back. I ended up meeting with the main operator but have forgotten his name. He refused to sit down at my table until I gave him a cc with a min. Of 10,000 credit! Said he had to check my credit!

This standoff went on for maybe 30minutes. Long story short: he said if I gave him 8000 more he would wire transfer me 74,000 in 6 weeks... Being not stupid, I took my card and left. Went back to where I was staying and cancelled the car he had seen.
