Our system is down, therefore you WILL NOT receive YOUR commision check. PTN owed me $90 since 11

I joined Protravel Network in June in hopes of gaining knowledge on the travel industry and learn how to become a great travel agent. I agreed to pay them $250.00 initially to start and $50.00 per month thereafter. I was told that from them I would receive a mentor/coach, who would contact me at least once a week. I was told that I could call anytime for assistance or help with traveling. I was told that on the 20th of each month, following the companies commission run, I would receive my commission checks. Well during my time with PTN I never received any of the services promised. I was ok with that until they never sent me my commission check. Although the check is only $90.00, this company as of yet has given what is owed to me. I booked 2 clients on a cruise as well as booked a hotel for one client. These bookings occured in October and November. It is now March and I have contacted Protravel numerous of times. Ashley Henderson, the daughter of, Paul Henderson, the owner of Protravel, has told me this, "Our system is down therefore no one will receive commission checks until the system is up". I let that slide for 2 months. I call back constantly because I still never received a check. She replies, "We must wait until the commission runs before you will receive your check, but you will receive your check". This was towards the end of February. I am tired of calling Ashley Henderson and being lied to. Being that I am in Houston, TX and the company is in Fresno, CA it would be rediculous to hire a lawyer over $90.00, but at least I wanted the public to know about this company and yes I am making a big deal over $90.00. It is more of the principle than the money. Thank you.
