Free DVD player ripoff consumer fraud run around

After taking a tour at a RV resort/campground, I recieved a certificate for a Free DVD player.

The staff assured me of the company and it's quick response. After about a month of sending the certificate, I recieved letter that stated they where out of the product but gave me other choices. I called and spoke with Lisa on 3/26/04 and she said when the DVD's come in they would ship it out.

After about 3 months of phone calls with no response from the company I stated to realize this was a rip-off. The letter was not professional in it's format. Having no phone number and no date on the letter to record. I also notice the same phone number but different addresses in Texas. Hum.

If any one has any additional information please post because I can not get through to the company.
