Arc ripped me off for the amt of $533.00 my vaction was to start on 7/14/04 thur 07/17/04. I never received a confirmation letter icalled them. Weeks in advance 4-5 times a day i spoke with christy a customer rep finally which got me no where.
After days i was able to speak with misty who was so rude she stated she was the manager there was nothing i could do. These people should not be able to operate. It should be some law that would shut them down after two -three reports.
