Reservation Services International Convinced a family member to pay $5000 to enroll in services with only 3 days to cancel. Now not answering phones Internet

A family member of mine went to a presentation in Fishkill, NY last week and was convinced to sign up for Member Services which is not BBB accredited or recognized. Members Way seems to be a client of Reservation Service and International yet they take no responsibility for what is going on. They simply give phone numbers that lead to nothing.

Please help get this $ back, the bank unfortunately has already cleared the check.
