A friend and i were going to meet friends in dallas so we brought tickets for amtrack... Ya we were on time and the train left ten minitues ago is what Maria Delacruz to us. Thay not only dont care if thay leave u stranded thay kinda seem to enjoy it. I spoke to two supervisors and four outher people all were rude.
