Price match... Or lack there of!

We purchased a holiday deal to Nevada to get a group of four so that as the web site had display tickets outlined, we bought seats to get a handful of exhibits - 8 seats as a whole. We were heartened by their 'price-match promise'. A few times later, they'd lower charges for these seats by themselves site. (Reduce by $40 per-ticket!) and we called to obtain a price-match - and were informed these seats were non-refundable and therefore couldn't be cost matched or terminated. This seems like BS in my experience; wouldn't conduct business together again!
