I booked an online ticket from Spirit Airlines and made a mistake in putting my name as the passenger when it should have been my niece who was coming from Miami, Fl for the Thanksgiving holiday. Within 2 minutes I realize what happened and immediately called the airline to resolve the problem. They said they would issue a credit to my debit Visa card. As of yet, my bank as not received the credit from Spirit. I have spoken to numerous ticket reps, and written to their headquarters in Miramar, Fl with no results.
