Prime-Time will be the MANY SHADY organization within the airportshuttle company

On December 17, we created on line prepaid concerns (# PT2147080) for 2 guests to create us house from Long Beach following a Dec 30 trip from Boston. Sadly, that Night-Long Beach was fogged in, and our trip was diverted to Burbank.

The moment we arrived, I named Prime-Time to inform them that people could be overdue, but we'd be there for the trip home the moment the coach (chartered by Aircraft Blue) found its way to Long Beach. The (really disinterested) Prime-Time dispatcher explained the driver wouldn't watch for us or even the additional shared-trip guests on his truck, they might supply no additional driver, which we'd be stuck in Long Beach (40 kilometers from the house) without any method to get home. Obviously I had been dissatisfied, and requested to get a reimbursement of the cash I'd previously taken care of this transport. I had been known some obvious little printing within their on line reservation program (not contained in the published Reservation Confirmation) that evidently enables them to grab cash from their clients

Obviously, in my opinion this is shady, unethical, and possibly illegal. Prime-Time ought to be tried for this conduct, and WE SHALL CERTAINLY NEVER AGAIN USE THEIR SOLUTIONS.

One wonders who at Prime-Time reaches maintain my cash, because the driver went house
with no guests to move, consequently not supplying the support I'd taken care of. Does the organization reveal the illegal increases using the driver, who had been also eager to hold back for his five guests, or does everything get into the organization trough?
