My husband travels for work every few months and we have used SLE many times but in the last year they have gotten so bad that he will NEVER EVER use them again!!! In July when he flew into SLC he was there for the 8:30 PM shuttle but the flight was slow getting the luggage off the plane. The driver said he would not wait so at 8:40 PM, my husband had to wait for the 10:30 shuttle. When the shuttle got there the driver told my husband and the mother and little child who were also passengers to "shut up, sit down and there will be no bathroom breaks between the SLC Airport and Idaho Falls. They arrived 20 minutes early so not enough to warrant the uncomfortable situation for the passengers. So now tonight's little fiasco. My husband was able to get an earlier flight so he called SLE and asked if he could get on the 8:30 shuttle (which was 1 and 1/2 hours after he landed in SLC) and was told yes. So at 9:20 PM when the shuttle had not arrived he called SLE and was told that due to engine trouble the van was still in Pocatello, Idaho. When he asked WHY they had not called him to tell him this when they HAD his phone number (it is a requirement of their business) he was basically told "too bad so sad" and was told that he would have to take the next shuttle at 10:30 PM. He got on this bus (van) and instead of getting straight back on the freeway like normal instead they took a "joy ride" around Salt Lake City and then went back to the airport. He is now expected in to Idaho Falls at 2:30 3:00 AM the FREAKING MORNING!!! So they have basically wasted 5 hours of his time and yet they have the nerve to want to be paid and also given a tip. From now on I will tell EVERYBODY I work with (that's over 100 new clients a year) to NEVER use this service and that they are poor businessmen. Take your own car and park at Park N Jet or have a family member take you down. If your time is work at least $8.00 an hour this service is a WASTE of your TIME.
