I’ve got robbed for 18k

A man called Ritu stated to be always a consultant of Masti Sail and provided me a sail visit to Alaska. It had been said to be a visit to Indian group. Masti Sail present was more costly than Norwegian Cruise Line’s present but there have been several accessories one of them journey thus I’ve went for this. Many weeks before our planned starting I’ve attempted to contact Ritu however it appeared he simply vanished, e-mail was a dead-end aswell. After calling Norwegian I had been surprised to understand that there's no scheduling designed for us which I’ve got robbed for 18k. I've the data of a location where he cashed my check but that’s it. Any recommendations?
