The cruise line took money that they where not authorized to take

I am reporting this company because they tried to take money out of my account three times, and they finally ended up taking 136.00. They informed me that they would return my money within 24 to 72 hours.

I called them and asked when my money would be put back into my account and they informed me that it may take longer. I spoke with Bilal (id # s00435) and he told me that he didn't have time to speak with a person who is accusing them of being a rip off.
