This hotel was the worst experience of my life. The management (if you can describe them as management) were completely rude, ignorant and disgusting.

I booked online through an agent, we couldnt get a confirmation for a while from these people. That should have been a red flag. They never returned emails, phone calls or calls from my agent.

Finally we got a confirmation and they told us they were just "busy" and that everything was fine for me to arrive for my 5night stay in London.

I arrived at the hotel in a taxi. All the doors were locked and nobody was there to let me in, nobody answered the phone for hours I had to wait outside in the cold.

Then they answered the door and let me in. The room was small, but clean. No working internet at all.
Loud neighbours in the other room.

I minded my own business and then that night the manager opened my door in the middle of the night and came inside my room while I was asleep. He told me Paparazi was outside and asked if they were at the hotel for me?

I was half asleep so I didnt know what was going on so I told him to immedietly leave my room and he is invading my personal privacy.

The next day, he told me the paparazzi and news reporters were at the hotel again. He told me he didnt like that. So, he demanded I leave, without any notice immedietly.

I refused because I am a foreign traveller and I PAID for five days. He said he would call the police because of the papparazi outside. I told him to go ahead. Then, the police arrived and told me that I must leave, because in the United Kingdom the owner of the hotel has the right to ask anyone to leave for any reason without notice. So I was stranded in a foreign country and I had to find another hotel.
I dont understand why having Paparazzi or journalists outside a hotel would constitute me having to leave? Makes zero sense? I hope this "hotel" learns to trat their PAYING GUESTS with more respect.
Also they have a resturant attached to the hotel, it seems family fun... But very very weird. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! If I dont get my REFUND I will be filing a lawsuit.
