I called CHEAPOAIR on their customer service number 866-636-9088 and waited AN HOUR to talk to a human. I also used the chat function to try to see approx how long I would be on hold for. The rep left the chat. Poor customer service shows the overall quality of this company. The little money saved is not worth the hassle. I will no longer use this company.
