Fraudulent Presentation Cost ME $40.00 to CANCEL after 2 hours internet

I reserved a room at Hilton New Orleans Riverside through http://www.officialpethotels.com and followed their instructions about contacting the hotel to verify accommodations for my small dog. When I called the hotel I was informed that they no longer accepted pets. I called officialpethotels.com to cancel as I wanted to avoid the $25.00 cancelation fee due to their advertising. They not only charged me the $25.00 cancelation fee, they also charged me the $14.79 travel insurance fee. It cost me $39.79 to make a reservation which lasted for about 2 hours due their fraudulent advertising.
