Excessive Problems with Trip - Americanos bus and downtown Denver station

We purchased tickets for a family member to visit us. Even though the Greyhound roundtrip ticket was $40 more than a Southwest Airlines ticket, he wanted to take bus so he could see the countryside. Many problems with trip that was roundtrip from Mesa, AZ to Denver, CO. Not only was the trip exhausting with long layovers, false advertising (no Wi-Fi, uncomfortable seats, air conditioning problems) the return trip was a total disgrace. The Americanos buses that were used are not reliable and the driver was over his DOT hours which made the bus have to turn around and go back to Denver an hour after leaving Denver! We had to miss a day of work, go back to the bus terminal to get our brother 12 hours after his departure, take him back to leave the next morning and again, the bus returned to Denver ten minutes after leaving and we don't know why. The Denver Greyhound station is horrible. It was full of homeless, dirty, drunk and/or high people, asking for money, milling around, sleeping all over the place. Hookers were walking around inviting male customers for a date... It was just a very disappointing and embarrassing experience. Never again will we take the bus. This was a shady operation.
