False advertising ripoff dishonest rude

I went on a trip to Disneyland, and being a student on a budget, decided to try this place for their competitive rates. The photos on the website make the place look very attractive and pleasant. Since I am not old enough to rent a car, I specifically chose this place for having a Disneyland shuttle, as many Anaheim hotels do.

I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, and was told the shuttle only left once a day in the morning. Fortunately we had a friend in the area who was willing to drop us off at Disneyland, and we arranged with the front desk clerk to be picked up by the shuttle at night. The clerk was very vague and said he had no idea where the shuttle would be and what it looked like. While we were at Disneyland, we called the hotel and they said we weren't scheduled for the shuttle and that it would not be coming. Since it was their fault, they told us to take a taxi and promised to reimburse us upon checkout time. The next day we found out the hotel did not have a shuttle at all. They have an employee who takes his own 2-door car there and back from Disneyland each day, and they claim that to be a shuttle service.

Upon checkout, we handed the manager the reciept from the taxi cab ($15) and asked for the reimbursement as promised. The manager was very rude and tried to bargain with us, and insisted he would only give us back half the amount. The argument became very heated and involved the manager yelling at us, which is so inapropriate. We didn't take his bait, and instead said we would take the matter up with our credit card company and not pay for the hotel. As we were going to our car, he waved us back in and finally offered to pay back the full amount. He seemed to think he was doing us a favor, but since the stay was so troublesome I would have preferred a room discount as well.

Other problems:

1. Toilet did not flush and we had to be transferred to another room upon arrival.

2. Pool was three times smaller than it appeared in the photo.

3. Beer was left in the fridge from a previous guest.

4. Plastic sheet was on the matress
