US Passport Now intentionally deceptive, refused to admit problems

Internet search for US government state dept site for passports lists US Passport Now first, site is made to appear as an official US government site using the official US seal. Site lists refund offer within 24 hours but reality is staff trained to refuse full refund. Staff promise call you back to resolve problems but never did despite many requests over a month ago. I reported this to BBB but site has refused all contact by BBB. I immediately had my credit card company refuse authorization of any charges to this site as only way to stop transaction.
