Our family of 39 planned a big trip to Disney Land and Vegas 7 months in advance with Hawaiian Travel from a man name Paul Kramer. He gave us our contract by February 8 stating all of our information for deposits, balances, group rates, and due dates. He also received a spread sheet from me with the names and birth dates of all of our passengers.
We have all of our receipts confirming our payments. Paul Kramer received all passenger information and payment to book our flights by July 27th.
Today is Tuesday September 21,11 and Mr. Paul Kramer has advised usthat our flights have not been booked and that there is no way that he will be able to book our flight to Disney Land and Vegas. We planned this trip for over a year. We have hotel, shuttle, food reservations, etc.
As of today, he is now trying to book our family in 5 different flights.
