Ripoff Fraudulent Billing and Horrible Hashbrowns

What a horrible place to stay. We made reservations at this sh*th*le right in the middle of spring break. They had 24 hour room service thanks in part to the wonder Waffle House, so conveinently affixed to the side of the tower. The food sucked, everything came with hashbrowns, and those sucked even worse.

Twice we were not served silverware with our room service. It took 3 phone calls to the front desk to get a menu.

Then came the billing procedures, straight from h*ll. They consistently tried to over-charge the daily limit to our card. I don't know how someone manages $1k a day just sitting in the room.

Probably the worst aspect of the entire stay was reflected upon by the ENTIRE front desk staff. I don't know if Florida allows such invalids to work, but this place certainly was hopping with them. The night manager was a prick, constantly harrassing us by phone and knocking on the door whenever the "smallest" problem would erupt. Once at 11pm even.

We highly disrecommend any and all choices to stay at this so called "resort". It's not worth the stress, even with a beautiful gulf view.
