These people are thieves, pure and simple

This type of person thieves, real and easy. The screwed with my purchase, attempting to jack-up the cost. Then ultimately they stated, "Sorry, we could not guide the trip for you personally." It was just 24 hours prior to the planned trip

Later, I came across they HAD billed my consideration despite having not released the solution. That, in my own guide, is robbery. I'm attempting in useless to recuperate the resources.
