Us passport services total scam and rip off!

This company is a complete scam! I'm fighting a charge of $325 for simply inquiring about their services offered.

Of course they needed my credit card just to get started and promised not to charge anything until I finalized. However, at the end of the call and confirming they were NOT in fact affilliated with the Federal Government I told them i did not want to do business with them. He cancelled "my order" and said their is a non-refundable cancellation fee of $150. I couldn't beleive i was scammed that fast.

Still battaling my CC company as the have a VERY strict No REFUND policy which applies even if YOU DON"T HAVE AN ORDER!!! Do not give them your CC info, THEY WILL CHARGE IT even though they said they would not. Total SCAM!!!
