Scammed by site that looks like official US govt website

This is a SCAM—don't use this website. All I wanted to do was go online and renew my passport. The first website that came up looked like an official govt site—called US Passport Online.
I filled out the information and at the end was told would receive a callback shortly. Person called back to confirm and told me I would be charged their $129. Plus the US govt charges. I told her I thought she was with govt, cancel my order and issue me a credit.
It was 45 min. From time ordered till cancelled. She said there would be a $45 charge for cancellation. This is a total SCAM and I will dispute with my credit card company.
