They came into my place of business and stated he is the owner of the company

This guy name bill came in selling these special hotels packages staing he was the owner of the company and that he is only selling to business managers. I was reluctant but purchased 4 days for $100 and paid in cash. He gave me paperwork and a receipt for the cash. I have call several times to the 888-684-2283 as well as gotten him on the phone and was told he would put in the request for the dates i wanted. I waited and of course no reply. I also emailed helpsmone@yahoo.com and no responses. I have also left messages with no return calls email nor phone calls.
